< I > Do you charge any Shipping or Handling fee ?

  • The shipping and/or handling fee is charged based on the supplier. Some offer free shipping and you will know when the products offered from that supplier.

< II > What is the handling time for orders ?

  • For drop shipping orders, please make sure you set at least 4 business days as handling time on your Amazon item. On Ebay, you can set 3 business days which is fine.

< III > Do you offer shipping all over the United States ?

  • Shipping is ONLY available in the lower 48 states. Shipping to APO/FPO and PO Boxes will not be offered.

< IV > Do you charge any return fee ?

  • Free return is ONLY offered when the item is damaged or defective. If you are returning item with defective and damaged reasons, the item will be tested by the warehouse team upon receiving and if the defect isn’t found, you’ll be charged return shipping fee. All other return reasons will be charged in return shipping. In case the supplier doesn’t approve the free return, we will pass the return shipping fee to you. That is something we cannot waive off.

< V > What are the payment options ?

  • Payments can be made by PayPal or US bank transfer. No local payments can be accepted at this time. You’ll be responsible for all the transaction fees.

< VI > What is your return policy?

  • We accept 14 days return for damaged or defective products.

< VII > Refunds

  • Refunds cannot be issued if the order cannot be cancelled by the supplier. If the items are shipped, it can be returned only by you with a return shipping fee paid.

< VIII > Do you charge sales tax ?

  • Sales tax will be added on top of your order sub total depending on the shipping zip code.
